Ms. Treanor holds a Supervising Community Manager certificate (CAM-SUPR) issued by the state of Nevada for community association management as well as a National Board Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CMA) and is also a member of Community Association Institute (CAI). Our staff is qualified to perform services such as accounting, landscape maintenance, building maintenance, snow removal and all aspects of management. Darcie Conway, Community Association Manager Darcie Conway holds a Community Association Manager certificate issued by the state of Nevada. She has been a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI). Darcie started her career in community management in 1999, working for a property management company for over 11 years. Darcie performed all aspects of community association management and specialized in the financial side of the business. She was also responsible for the day to day operations of the management company and overseeing the office employees.

Jeff has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. He specializes in finish work and supervision of employees. Jeff is responsible for handling all homeowner issues from the start and through the final walk through to ensure homeowner satisfaction.
