While gas and electric designs are available, INTEK's patented electric infrared heating element is the predominant heat source used in most INTEK products. Screen printing, space heating and process heating are the major markets served by INTEK. We are equipped to provide any level of design and manufacture - including heating elements, sheet metal work, industrial ovens, process controls and material handling equipment.

Custom Industrial Ovens Custom oven designs are our specialty. In most cases INTEK uses standard oven models as the basis of our custom designs. We have found that almost without exception, each customer wants some degree of specialization and modification. Many times we are able to incorporate design enhancements at little or no added cost. Intek takes a personal approach to each oven design and our customers appreciate the extra attention we devote to making each oven more suitable to their specific applications.

Repair Service and Replacement Parts for Industrial Heaters & Ovens In addition to manufacturing a complete line of patented, energy efficient flat panel electric infrared heaters and custom designed industrial ovens, INTEK Corporation provides service and repair for most other makes of ovens and industrial heaters.

Let our experienced design team create an oven, heater or element based on your requirements. Since 1996 INTEK Corporation has been providing unique designs for industrial ovens, heaters and elements with unique and specific features required to meet the needs of our customers and their process heating applications. We will provide engineering drawings (AutoCad or Soild Edge format) consisting of mechanical and electrical drawings for budgetary presentations, engineering review and other project needs.

Custom Industrial Heaters In addition to many different standard heaters Intek also offers unlimited variations in the form of customized heater designs. If your requirements call for unique physical attributes, special wattage or voltage ratings, Intek can create a heater to fit your unique application. Many times we are able to incorporate design enhancements at little or no added cost.
