Each has a telephone, headset and monitor connected to our Automated Call Processor. There are also a two manager's stations which are set up for monitoring campaign activity as well as silently monitoring individuals. The server for this floor currently has five outbound T1 lines. This floor also has a manager's office and is the location of the central command center, or the MIS room. The MIS room houses the servers for our Automated Call Processing System. Each dialing floor has a dedicated server. This system is an integrated voice and data system for call center automation. It combines predictive dialing and voice recognition techniques with information processing to increase the efficiency and productivity of all kinds of calling campaigns. There are two major components to this system, the Call Processor and the Call Manager. The Call Manager controls campaign data with agent stations and supervisory control of the calling campaign. It will manage lists of numbers to be dialed, with the ability to establish and modify campaign parameters, creating and editing presentation scripts, and generating detailed statistics and reports of the results. The Call Processor receives numbers to be dialed from the Call Manager.
