Richard B. Hoppe Dr. Hoppe holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from the University of Minnesota. Before forming IntelliTrade, Incorporated, in 1993, he was a full-time consultant in the financial industry, developing trading applications of machine intelligence for the Chicago Research & Trading Group, then (early 1990’s) the largest options market maker in the world. He spent the 1960s in aerospace and defense doing research and development on aircraft and spacecraft control systems.
