ITSS-4 is a Multiple Agency Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Vehicle consisting of both Time and Materials (T&M) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders. The contract term consists of a six month Base period and 6 Option years with a contract ceiling of $1.1B. Since 1988 the DOJ and other Federal agencies have relied on the services of the private sector to provide highly qualified and skilled individuals capable of developing solutions spanning a wide range of IT tasks.

IntelliDyne, LLC announced today that it has received a major task order award through its Hygeia Solutions Partners joint venture partnership to provide technology solutions to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Library of Medicine (NLM), Center for Information Technology (CIT), Division of Enterprise and Custom Applications (DECA). The award value is estimated at $48.5M for base year plus four option years.
