Description
Following agreement with our Customer on the engineering and design approach, iE then progress to proof of concept, first article production, and to manufacturing production volumes. All assembly, testing, and integration activities are undertaken in our Clean Room providing control of all aspects of the project. We also undertake worldwide installation and commissioning activities to support our Customers.
Intelligent Enclosures has now shipped several MiniEnvironments to Tool Manufacturers who are developing applications suitable for 450mm Wafers, particularly within the metrology sector of the semiconductor market. A number of these Enclosures have been shipped to the final Customer, both within the USA, and to international development consortia, and some have been held by Customers to support their ‘in house’ engineering and development Tool.
