Through a strategic partnership with Horry Telephone Cooperative (HTC), the largest telephone cooperative in the continental U.S, Intellistrand also provides the opportunity for local, regional, and national companies to advertise on the HTC Cable System to over 45,000 subscribers in Horry County, the fastest growing DMA in our state.
