Michael Ricchetti, Chief Technology Officer, is well known in the Design-for-Test industry for his expertise in DFT methodologies such as embedded core test and BIST (Built-In Self-Test). He is a Member of the IEEE and the Computer Society's Test Technology Technical Council (TTTC). Mike is active as a Working Group member in the IEEE 1149.1 Boundary Scan Standard, the P1149.6 Advanced I/O Test Standard and the P1500 Embedded Core Test Standard. He also chairs the newly formed TTTC Technical Activities Committee (TAC) on Silicon Debug and Diagnosis.
