LASPAU, a non-profit organization based at Harvard University, has forty years of experience in designing and implementing academic and professional exchange programs to address the social, political, and economic challenges facing the Americas. LASPAU-administered programs sponsored by U.S. and Latin American government agencies, academic institutions, multilateral banks, foundations, and corporations have provided grants for study and research to over 16,000 individuals from throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.

The WEC is an independent, not-for-profit environmental organization. Founded in 1974 with a grant from the United Nations Environment Programme, the Center advances sustainable development and social responsibility, encourages environmental leadership, and helps improve environmental, health and safety practices worldwide. The WEC manages three complimentary programs – the International Environment and Development Service, the International Environment Forum, and the WEC Gold Medal.

Prior to joining InterGen in 1998, Ms. Gonzalez served as Counsel for Stratus Computer, Inc. where she was responsible for providing general legal services to subsidiaries in Canada, Europe, the Middle East and South Africa and for SEC compliance oversight for the US parent company. Before joining Stratus, Susan was General Counsel for Major Australia Timber Pty Limited, an international timber trading company operating in Australia, China and Singapore.
