At LightBound, have many telecommunication carriers with facilities built out in our data center. What does that mean to you? It’s simple. We can create a direct pipeline between your offices and our state-of-the-art data center. That means you can move your WAN to our facility and take advantage of substantial cost savings and get the reliability and security of SAS 70 certified data center.

We provide Internet access, hosting, and VoIP services. We have certain legal and ethical responsibilities consistent with the use of our servers and equipment involving in these services. Usage Policy Overview Lightbound general policy is to act as a provider of Internet presence. Lightbound has specific ethical concerns regarding the use of its computers detailed below. Lightbound reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Lightbound when we decided that the account has been inappropriately used.

LightBound has direct fiber service to major buildings in downtown Indianapolis. Currently the Chase Tower and OneAmerica Tower are on-net with LightBound (more being added in the future). What does this mean to your business? You have a choice of Ethernet circuits with 10 MB, 100 MB, and GB of capacity directly to your office network at a fraction of the cost of traditional circuits. Internet bandwidth has the ability to burst up to the speed of these circuits to provide tremendous performance for business needs.
