Fabrication Services Interactive Instruments expanded the facilities in 2012 from 9000 sq ft to 13000 sq ft and purchased a 10 foot sheet metal sheer, 8 axis CNC press break, 20 station CNC turret punch and a Timesaver wet finish sander. We are preparing to become a major provider of sheet metal fabrication ser vice in the Northeast. Large or small projects, single piece or production volume, our intent is to provide quality service in a timely manner for our customers.

Interactive Instruments, Inc. is a full service design and manufacturing facility, utilizing the latest in CAD/CAM (Pro/ENGINEER and Pro/MANUFACTURING) software and precision CNC (computer numeric control) machining hardware. Our company focuses on, but is not limited to, the design and development of complex mechanical, electronic and electromechanical systems. Using Pro/ENGINEER along with Pro/MFG, we can quickly generate complex surfaces and machine them in house using our 5 axis CNC vertical mills, 4 axis CNC wire EDMs (electrical discharge machine) and CNC lathe.

Most importantly be sure the wind tunnel manufacturer and distributor you select understand the basic principles in proper wind tunnel design and operation. If a wind tunnel manufacturer claims to know basic wind tunnel design rules but violates one or more them, think again before purchasing.
