Alan is responsible for all aspects of MyID service delivery for US-based customers including consultancy, installation, configuration and training. Alan has over 25 years’ experience with managing and deploying enterprise software products. This includes eight years in the identity sector deploying MyID to US Federal, aerospace and defense and enterprise customers. Alan is the senior technical resource in the US. He has extensive practical experience working with MyID and has worked with multiple customers to assist them with their smart card deployments.
