Kim brings 20 years of both group and individual life and health experience to Pathfinder. Kim focuses on the needs of the consumer to assist in controlling costs and has an individual commitment to client satisfaction. She follows her belief of honesty and integrity at all times in all situations. In her role as a Benefit Specialist, Kim has focused on advising small group employers in the areas of health, dental, life and disability insurance as well as directing employers in areas such as Sec. 125 Plans, legislative updates, payroll deduction plans and other supplemental group benefits.

Nancy Roberts began working in the insurance industry in 1978 and has been a part of the Pathfinder family since 1984. She earned her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2001, which is granted to agency personnel for outstanding customer service and product knowledge. Nancy has excelled in providing her clients with the care and service that they deserve. Her goal is to continually bring the highest level of service, ethics and diligence to every client.
