Interior Alterations, Incorporated is a Chicago based, employee owned, general contractor specializing in interiors. IAI was founded in 1977 with sales growing to $60 million annually. The one hundred plus employees include union carpenters and laborers to service our varied clientele throughout the greater Chicago area. Our projects include offices, tech centers, schools, health clubs, showrooms as well as retail facilities. For our continuing clients we are involved in all phases of the project, from feasibility studies and budgets to completion of the punch list. The basis of our business is the long relationships that have developed with our clients over the last quarter century. We task manage our work to provide construction services on-time and on-budget, with only the highest standards of quality. The reason for our growth and longevity is our commitment to our clients and the predictability of performance that they have come to expect of us. This attitude has allowed us to service developers, brokers, management companies, designers and tenants throughout the Chicago area.
