Sales Manager Kim Thatcher returned to Wichita after thirty years working for Caterpillar, Inc., where he was responsible for the installation of industrial and commercial turnkey projects. Kim has always had a passion for restoring older homes by making them structurally sound and updating them to include modern amenities and current trends. He is an artist and has sold many pieces of his works in pottery and paintings to collectors over the years. Kim is now the Sales Manager for ITI and will use his skills of providing excellent customer service to ITI clients.

Interior Trends Inc. of Wichita, KS just finished remodeling our kitchen, hearth room, dinette room, powder bath and utility room. We kept our original cherry cabinets in the kitchen but some were modified to accommodate a microwave, double ovens, communication center and wine cooler. The island bar shape was changed to be rounded with a beautiful wood finish. Harlequin tile backsplash and Cambria quartz countertops were installed. Karndean flooring was installed in the kitchen area and commercial carpet was installed in the rest of the areas.

Rod has been involved in home remodeling since he was a small boy. Working alongside his dad, he started by straightening nails to reuse. Then, as the years passed, he saw that anything can be done to a home by just thinking outside the box! He continued to remodel homes part time while working as a machinist for 30 years. Since 2003, Rod has worked with Vern Klassen. They share the forward-thinking philosophy that they can do whatever they set their minds to do to improve or enhance a home.
