Interlab manufactures corrosive-compatible systems for pre-diffusion cleaning, pattern etching, RCA cleaning, and chemical finishing. As a custom manufacturer, we provide fully automated versions or manual benches, with any type of process configuration, hood configuration, or wafer handling arrangement. Automated versions employ our field proven non-contaminating robotics. By isolating the robotic transfer mechanical components behind the protective process backwall, we achieve not only extraordinary reliability, but unparalleled ease of maintenance.
Interlab serves the most critical markets for wet chemistry processing equipment and systems. Its average complement of 50 employees designs, manufactures and sells sophisticated cleaning, etching, coating, photo-lithographic and other wet chemistry processing systems to semiconductor and microcircuit fabricators, to medical implant manufacturers, and to the precision optics and ophthalmic industries. The technology upon which the company's product designs are based, has evolved from its work with IBM and the Bell system in the early days of semiconductor development.

Interlab manufactures all-stainless-steel systems for use with organic solvents, combustibles, and flammables. Flammable solvent benches are fully compatible with applicable NEC codes. CE and UL certification is also available. Custom systems may be designed for any specified process configuration, and wafer size/quantity. Stainless tanks feature rounded cove corners, and single, dual, or 4-sided overflow weirs. Cooling, heating, and various fully automatic process functions are available.
