Interland Real Estate Corporation is organized into two areas of operations, each representing a major part of current and planned business activity. Corporate functions, such as finance, administration, computer operations, and employee relations occur at the corporate level and support each operational unit. Each operational unit is organized in a manner to permit independent response to client needs or as an integral part of a project involving one or both of the operational units. The two areas of operations comprise activities related to real estate brokerage services and property/asset management services. The Real Estate Brokerage Division has the responsibility of Leasing activities for all properties and all other real estate transactions. The Property/Asset Management Division includes Marketing & Advertising, Construction Management Services and Maintenance Services. Financial & Administrative Support is provided to both operational units. The accompanying Organizational Chart shows that the two areas of primary operations, Real Estate Brokerage Services and Property/Asset Management Services, report directly to the President of the organization giving each client the benefit of top level management involvement in each project.
