Tripp, ITSI will conduct a 4-24 hour site safety and compliance audit complete with citation of regulations when applicable and suggested corrective measures. We will also take pictures upon request and prepare a presentation to site management if necessary. Site audits can identify corrective measures before large fines are levied by OSHA, the Fire Marshall or other regulatory agencies, but more importantly these audits have been proven to identify safety concerns before an injury occurs. ITSI can come to your site and perform either Qualitative (irritant smoke) fit testing or Quantitative (porta-count) fit testing for employees wearing 1/2 face or full face air purifying respirators or even Self Contained Breathing Apparatus. ITSI will assist companies in development of the complex Process Safety Management Plans (PSM) as required under OSHA rules 29 CFR 1910.119. Our staff will identify the chemical(s) at your plant that meet thresholds established by OSHA and help develop a written PSM plan with necessary training components and completed reports. Including: Risk Assessments, Emergency Response Team Development, Employee Training and scheduled audits.
