I have been a client of your company for over 2 years now. I would just like to take this opportunity to tell you about the amazing job done by all your staff, but especially your daughter, Keely, and Kim Post. We had to use your services twice as the first donor did not work out , but with the assistance by our physician, we were successful with the second donor and now have a beautiful baby boy. Today, one out of every six couples of childbearing age is unable to have a child. We understand that dealing with fertility issues can be traumatic, costly, time-consuming and emotionally draining. Through IARC ®, we offer childless parents several fertility options to achieve parenthood. Some women who are able to carry a pregnancy but are unable to produce their own eggs will require the services of an Ovum (Egg) Donor . We have many ovum donors to work with you without a waiting period. The advantages are clear: the infertile wife may experience pregnancy, carry her husband's child, and deliver the couple's baby. A Traditional Surrogate becomes pregnant through artificial insemination with the intended father's sperm. This has been used as a viable, reduced-cost alternative for almost 25 years. Because of the legal ramifications which necessarily follow from the Full Surrogate being genetically related to the child, this method is not recommended. Nevertheless, in certain circumstances, with a properly screened and qualified Full Surrogate, this option is still available.

At IARC®, our fertility helpers are very carefully selected ovum (egg) donors and surrogates. We are not restricted to a specific state, so our available population is large, ever changing, and not depleted by numerous agencies working in the same geographic area. Most of our fertility helpers are from the Midwestern United States, but our advertising regions are changed regularly to ensure a wide selection of candidates. Our advertising budget is more than adequate; we can attract many applicants, establish strict screening criteria and yet still have a selection of fertility helpers. Our surrogate screening procedures include mandatory psychological testing, release of prior obstetrical information, criminal background checks, health insurance policy review, medical testing, the completion of an 18-page application, and several interviews with our staff. This process helps to affirm the surrogate's maturity, emotional stability and her motivations for involvement in the process. Each surrogate learns about her role and responsibilities and becomes a committed member of the fertility program.

Our agency handles all aspects of each assisted reproduction program, whether it involves an ovum/egg donation, a surrogate or both. We work closely with each client to ensure arrangements are customized to meet the specific needs of prospective parents, surrogates and egg donors.
