Jacki Kvech is the Director of Data Reduction with over thirty years of experience in market research.

Darlene Norfleet is the Director of Data Processing with over 30 years of experience in the market research industry. Darlene is responsible for a variety of things. Her primary responsibilities include providing estimated costs for prospective as well as ongoing projects, scheduling and managing Cati/Web/Tabulations/Data file for programmers, developing costs saving measures, providing feedback to other departments, updating and creating departmental procedures. She also helps program and assist the programmers when necessary.

Deborah Leiby-Clark is a Senior Research Director at SSRS with 35+ years of experience in the survey research field. Deborah is responsible for the implementation and management of studies utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Deborah’s work has spanned both the public and private sectors. Her expertise is in the design, implementation, analysis, and client service of custom research projects. Deborah has managed multi-phase, multi-sample and multi-modal data collection efforts utilizing personal, telephone, web and mail methodologies.

Mary Lewis has twenty nine years of experience in market research projects. Mary is responsible for the coordination and direction of an array of SSRS’s Omnibus Projects. Her primary responsibilities include launching our weekly omnibus program and the timely distribution of the completed studies.
