"I am now able and confident with the new tools that I have learned how to obtain high level business requirements and the tools necessary to write some very good test cases. Great class. Easy to follow the presentation. Was able to hear interactions between the student and teacher during the class. This enabled me to have many of my questions answered. The instructor is very knowledable on this subject and is available during the course for questions. We just finished up a 2 year workflow project and I wish we would have taken this course prior to doing so.
