Ms. Moreau has had over 30 years of experience in Finance & Administration field. A qualified Accountant, she has spent the last ten years in a senior capacity with a French Multinational Wines & Spirits company on the island.

The Guild is dedicated to fostering sommelier training at the highest levels and helping both wine professionals and wine enthusiasts increase and expand their knowledge and understanding of wine. To become a Guild member you must successfully complete either the Level I Wine Seminar (one weekend) or the Advanced Wine Course .

If you have less than 2 years of experience in any part of the wine or hospitality industries you begin with the Guild Certification Seminar (Level I Certification) and then continue on to Level II and beyond.

The Guild is very proud to be one of the very few stand-alone wine colleges in the United States. We are not part of a culinary school or hotel and restaurant management program - we provide college level wine education through 25 different professional wine courses.

The International Wine Guild was established to encourage study to develop technical and professional understanding and increased knowledge of wine throughout all areas of the wine and food service industry.
