Joe was the former General Manager and partner of Kofkoff Egg Farms LLC in Lebanon CT. For over 20 years after joining Kofkoff, Joe expanded the operations of the farms ultimately creating one of the largest egg production operations in the country. Through a strategic merger with Moark LLC, a division of Land O Lakes, Joe worked closely with the new parent company to rapidly consolidate the egg industry and build Moark into a market leader.
