Interstate Construction and Development Company (ICDC) represents the highest choice of alternatives in communication, execution and craftsmanship. ICDC was established in 1999 with these expectations in mind as a Commercial General Contracting and Construction Project Management Firm. ICDC is currently headquartered in Finksburg, Maryland and provides Commercial General Contracting Services primarily in the Baltimore and Washington, DC metro areas, but is also experienced in Virginia, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.

Interstate Construction and Development Company has opened another branch of the organization to provide residential custom home building. The new company will be called Interstate Residential Development Company.

As part of the pre-construction team, we provide timely budget and scheduling reviews, which allow us to initiate communications with subcontractors and suppliers. This collaboration assists with budget reviews, manpower availability, and procurement of long-lead materials and equipment.

Interstate Construction and Development Company was retained by Commercial Consultants to provide construction management services for several Baja Fresh Restaurants throughout Maryland.

Interstate Construction and Development Company worked with The Peterson companies for nearly a year to provide budget costs for the demolition of the existing mall, related new facade construction and a complete site work reconfiguration.
