Antoine Frem is Chairman of Interstate Resources, Inc. Mr. Frem is a Lebanese citizen with forty years of experience in the Packaging and Paper Board industry. He possesses a wide exposure to the Corrugated, Flexible Packaging, and Consumer products businesses, both in the United States and internationally. Interstate Resources is an affiliate of Industrial Development Company (INDEVCO), which is headquartered in Lebanon. INDEVCO is a group of manufacturing enterprises, specializing in the manufacturing of paperboard, corrugated cartons, PE flexible packaging, and consumer disposable products.

Dr. Skaff has worked for INDEVCO Group since the early 1980’s. Before moving to Interstate Resources, he was Group Controller for the INDEVCO Saudi Joint Venture. He has 30 years of experience in the paper and packaging industry.
