Description

Michael provides support for Relativity, Clearwell, and FYI review platforms. He regularly interacts with clients to help troubleshoot issues, provide training, and ensure all client needs are met. He closely collaborates with other members of the Review Solutions team to not only discuss client needs and workflows, but to provide unique and streamlined solutions. Michael uses his everyday work experiences to continually add to his knowledgebase in order to provide the most efficient and reliable support possible.

Ryan’s time at Inventus is dedicated to designing workflow solutions for the Relativity review platform. Ryan also is the lead trainer for Inventus on the Relativity platform. He has over ten years’ experience in the legal industry including six years as a project manager. Prior to joining Inventus, Ryan worked for Advanced Discovery, C2 Legal and 24/7 Discovere as a project manager and shift manager. Ryan attended Northern Illinois University and received his project management certificate from Villanova University.

For the past 4 years, Sarah has worked in the managed discovery field in a variety of capacities, most recently as a consultant managing outsourced litigation work, early case assessment, and complex e-discovery solutions for Fortune 500 companies and large law firms. Her experience has allowed her to develop a thorough understanding of the technical and legal issues that confront organizations engaging in large-scale discovery, while remaining cognizant of the value of employing cost-effective strategies for managing these processes.

Since 1991, we have been providing litigation support services to law firms, corporate legal departments and government agencies.

Jennifer brings a decade of legal industry experience to her new role as Director of Strategic Solutions. Prior to joining Inventus Jennifer held a senior management role within Jenner & Block’s Applied Technology Group where she served as the data team lead for all internal ESI data processing, database setup and maintenance, quality control measures, solutions development and strategic consulting to case teams.
