Because our Company is in the business of servicing our own Mortgage investment portfolio, on Mortgage investments that we sell in which our company or our affiliated company maintains a residual interest, we do provide for Mortgage servicing (this service is not provided on the sale of whole Mortgages, but even in those cases we always remain available to provide advice when requested).

For over 20 years I have invested substantially all of the money in my company?s Profit Sharing Plan in mortgages and real estate. Because I am the Trustee of the Profit Sharing Plan, I am able to make the decision to choose any investment option that is legal under the IRS Regulations. Obviously since I am a big believer in the investment benefits of Private Mortgages, that?s where the lion?s share of our Profit Sharing Plan is invested.

Because we provide full Mortgage servicing for our Preferred Mortgage Interests and Preferred Fractional Interests, the Investor in these Mortgage Investment products can truly be an "Armchair Investor".

Not every investment is suitable for every investor. This is the case with our Mortgage Investments. We have learned through years of experience that certain investors simply do not have the risk tolerance to take advantage of higher yielding investments and as a result they experience worry and anxiety, even though the investment may be performing well.
