James Dainard is one of the founding partners of Invest Now LLC. He has been buying and selling real estate in King, Snohomish and Peirce county for the past five years. Mr. Dainard grew up with a real estate background, as his parents actively invested in real estate in the Eastside area throughout the 1990's. For over ten years, he worked for his family owned and operated company that specialized in real estate marketing for realtors and real estate brokers. Mr. Dainard graduated from University of Washington Business School with a focus in Finance and Marketing. He was a top producer for the foreclosure company Vestus in Kirkland WA while being employed from 2005 to 2008. James has built a stellar reputation in Washington for providing investors with multiple exit strategies and supplying them with easy and fast lending sources.
