Investar® and its partners are developing photovoltaic solar electric generation facilities from a minimum of 100 kw to 2 Mw facilities in states where the Solar Renewable Energy Credits (SREC's) are favorable for such alternative energy projects. Investar®'s partnering installation company has over 15 years of experience in the construction of solar facilities. In addition, Investar® receives funding from tax equity partners and local banks at rates that enable it to sell power at reduced rates to its customers under long term Power Purchase Agreements (PPA).

Investar® and its partners are developing wood pellet manufacturing facilities, with additional phases for power generation and biofuel in states where available fiber resources are favorable for such alternative energy projects. Investar®'s partnering installation company, Ogle Engineering and Construction, has over 30 years of experience in the design and construction of biomass facilities.

With a management team that collectively comprises over 100 years of experience in real estate and energy projects, Investar®'s management team is at the forefront of creative solutions and energy projects. Currently, Investar® is involved in many alternative energy and development projects throughout the Eastern U.S.
