I originally hired this firm last year to remove the same overgrowth but they forgot to put down mulch. (I didn't consider asking for the plastic sheeting at that time which is the only way to maximize week control.) As a consequence, by the time I checked the work order to see if I had indeed requested mulch, the weeds had grown back to the size of a mini forest. Janine, the owner, was extremely forthcoming in acknowledging the oversight and offering me a discount for repeating the work and this time putting down not just the mulch but the plastic sheeting. The finished job looks extremely professional. All the workers were very polite, arrived on time for the job and cleaned up behind them beautifully. Janine understands the there are two components of a quality service, first the obvious one of providing quality service but second taking immediate and responsible action to correct problems with that service. She meant it when she said she wants to make her customers happy.
