Description
The IOCG Frank Prize will be awarded to Dr. Vladimir Voronkov for significant theoretical contributions, especially for the understanding of defect formation in silicon. The IOCG Laudise Prize will be awarded to Dr. J. Brian Mullin for basic contributions to crystal growth technology, especially for invention of the LEC process, development of MOVPE, and discovery of non-equilibrium segregations at facets. The IOCG Schieber Prize (young author) will be awarded to Dr. Veronica Bermudez for her publications regarding new approaches for measuring and engineering dopant domain structures.
