You are responsible for downloading or printing the disclosures or providing the Bank with a non-electronic address to which the disclosures may be mailed. If you wish to provide a non-electronic address to which the disclosure may be mailed, call us at 1-800-494-6720. You have the right to withdraw consent for electronic disclosure. If you wish to withdraw consent you must notify the Bank by calling 1-800-494-6720.

Under the operating rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association, which are applicable to ACH transactions involving your account, we are not required to give next day notice to you of receipt of an ACH item and we will not do so. However, we will continue to notify you of the receipt of payments in the periodic statements we provide to you.
