DUANE MILLER Duane Miller, President, has been in the insurance business since 1970. He started out as field representative for INA Insurance Company. He then became an agent for Farmers Insurance Group and in 1972 started his own insurance agency. In 1981 he merged with Iowa Insurance Agency, Incorporated and became President. DAN VICKER Dan Vicker, Vice President, one of the founders of the agency, has been in the insurance business for 25 years. Prior to insurance, Dan was a math teacher for 5 years. He then worked as an agent in a rural northern Iowa agency for 3 years and then moved to Des Moines in 1980 to become one of the 4 charter owners of the agency. CONNIE WORTHINGTON Connie is an 20 year employee of the agency and currently is the receptionist, bookkeeper and file clerk. SANDI ZENTNER Sandi has been with Iowa Insurance Agency for 17 years and is a licensed Customer Service Representative. Prior to joining the agency, she worked for another local agency for 3 years. ROSE MARIE VOLKMER Rose is the newest member of our agency, coming on board in 1997. She is a licensed customer service representative and was a commerical underwriter for a local insurance company for 20 years prior to joining our agency.
