The lead trainer will be Micheal Thompson, Executive Director of IMS since 1985. Micheal holds an MPA from the University of Missouri and has been a mediator from more than 18 years, conducting mediation, facilitation, and training sessions for hundreds of clients across the U.S. He will be joined by members of the IMS staff, all of whom have extensive training experience and can give participants individual attention and feedback.
