IPEC was founded in December 1994. For the first year, we focused our efforts on entering the dairy, water and juice markets by primarily designing, producing and servicing capping equipment. Through the guidance of our founders, the Company transitioned into the manufacturing of tamper-evident closures with its first manufacturing plant in New Castle, Pennsylvania. This facility is still in operation and has added our corporate offices and Fabrication Division. The facility is currently 85,000 square feet. Our second manufacturing facility was constructed in December 1997 in Brewton, Alabama. In July 2004, the facility was expanded to reach its current size of 75,000 square feet. Both facilities have the capability to run any closure product lines we offer. We also have various subcontractor relationships for certain product lines internationally as well as export sales.
