"I wanted to write and express how much Jill and I enjoyed the experience of working with Ireland May. From drawings to occupancy, the process was collaborative, and professional, with an amazing attention to detail. I must tell you that on more than one occasion I said to Jill "every house building experience after this will not be as good". I said that because every house building experience up to that point was not! In fact, there was many an early morning when I looked around the house and thought; this home is even more than we expected.

"We have the pleasure of owning an Ireland-May home. Building a new home is always an adventure. Building our new "old" home was an adventure - and fun! Our home turned out to be just what we had hoped, a lovely home that met both criteria, new and "old". Our experience with Ireland-May has been positive from the very beginning. Their willingness to listen to our concerns and act on them gave us confidence in their dedication to delivering a quality product. Their vision intrigued us - building homes that reflect our past and yet meet the needs of the 21st century.

Patty May, co-owner of Ireland-May Ltd., a development company specializing in historic restoration and new construction, announced a lease agreement has been signed with Starbuck's Cof fee to locate a coffee shop on the first floor of the building.
