On occasion, Iris Technology will accept an Engineering Services contract, particularly if the technical content is synergistic with our core products and/or the mutual expectation is that the Engineering Services work will lead to a hardware production opportunity. Engineering Fellow Terry Schmidt is a Program Manager at Iris Technology Corporation managing multi-disciplinary design teams, program schedules and budgets. Terry has over 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry, electro-mechanical machine tool industry and international semiconductor and product printing industry. He has acquired an expertise in the procurement of traceable aerospace electronic parts, PWB layout, PWB fabrication and assembly processes. In addition to Terry’s experience in electrical engineering, he has a background in software engineering and mechanical design.

Controller Marguerite (Maggie) Slater is the Controller at Iris Technology Corporation. She is responsible for overseeing and executing on all finance and accounting functions. Maggie has worked in accounting and finance for over 22 years, 14 of which as a Controller. Maggie graduated summa cum laude from SUNY Buffalo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration concentrating in accounting, finance and management information systems.
