DORMA UK and Ireland have launched a new company website - www.dorma.com - providing comprehensive product and service information as well as a wealth of examples of DORMA’s advanced access solutions and services. The site is simpler to use and provides quick access for architects, specifiers and all members of the construction community.

An influenced architecture, designed entirely in diagonals and transparency by architects Moatti-Rivière, the redevelopment of the iconic Eiffel Tower aims to provide an improved experience of the Tower and Paris while paying respect for the monument and its history.

The major Irish mechanical and electrical engineering contracting firm, Kirby Group celebrated 50 years of Excellence in Engineering by launching its Managing Director and the senior management of some of Ireland’s largest construction and multinational firms off the top of the Aviva Stadium. Founded in Limerick in 1964 by Michael and Tom Kirby, the company had turnover of € 90 million in 2013 across its Irish, UK and European markets and today employs over 600 people.

Named in honour of Scotland’s most successful Gold medal winning Olympian and Commonwealth Games champion, the ambitious design and quality of the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome honours and celebrates that success. The venue’s state-of-the-art 250 metre track with permanent viewing capacity for 2,500 and the facility to provide additional temporary seating when necessary, has already helped to attract some of the world’s top indoor cycling events to Glasgow.
