You will find Iron & Metals on 20 acres in the heart of north-central Denver. We have been family owned and operated since we first opened in 1961. In recent years, many of our competitors have sold out to national and foreign conglomerates. But at IMI, you will still find the kind of attentive and flexible service you can only get from a locally owned and managed operation. For the past 50 years, IMI has been helping customers along the Denver Front Range recycle metals conveniently and profitably.

As our primary bookkeeper, Kathy has all your account info at her fingertips. She can help you match up scrap shipments with payments … pair invoices with service dates … and sort out any other paperwork questions you might have. Kathy also prepares the summaries we provide to help you track scrap volumes and meet your reporting requirements.
