The International Real Property Foundation (IRPF) is dedicated to the development of private real property markets around the world. We believe that the opportunity to own private property and to be secure in that ownership is fundamental to economic opportunity and civil societies. We focus on the developing countries of the world where our expert practitioners and property professionals collaborate with emerging real estate groups by offering expertise in association development and planning. We enable realtor associations to benefit from the norms, standards and ethics of the USA realtor association community but adapted to local conditions. As these associations develop, we support their emergence as advocates for reform related to the evolution of transparent and efficient real property markets. With thirteen years of experience assisting over 65 associations across 12 countries representing 50,000 practitioners, we are now expanding our activities to developing countries in Latin America, Africa and Asia.
