Isatec Technical Center oversees all of Com-Corp Industries designs and research. We analyze part designs for potential cost savings, performance and manufacturability improvements. Our capabilities include: - VISI CAD software - FEA analysis - Pressforming simulation - Wire EDM - CNC machining centers - 250 ton straight sided tryout press - 75 ton straight sided tryout press - Resistance spot welding tryout machine - Project managment - Advanced engineering consultants - Globally sourced components and tools Our shop floor is segreagated into two parts, a build center and a tryout center. Once tooling and manufacturing designs are approved, the build center uses state-of-the-art computer controlled machining centers to complete construction of tooling, fixtures and gages. After inspection and approval, the program moves to the in-house tryout center where process parameters and debuging are performed...
