The International Sol-Gel Society organizes every two years an International SolGel Conference and a workshop on hybrid materials in conjunction with the International Sol-Gel Conference. This one day workshop is intended to provide the participants with a good understanding of the fundamentals and applications of hybrid materials. It is targeted to participants from both industry and academia. Lectures are given by leading international experts in this emerging field of research.
Members use to meet regularly at International Sol-Gel Conferences (biennial meeting taking place each time in a different country) or at ISGS SummerSchools to share their latest results, scientific innovations and industrial applications. These events favor the report on the state-of-the-art in all the concerned fields. But they are also interesting opportunities to develop new synergies and partnerships.
