We begin at 8 a.m., weather permitting, seven days a week, year-round. We provide ferry services to the Rachel B. Carson islands, where you can experience the untouched beauty of the Crystal Coast like never before. Finding seashells, and whole sand dollars, watching the wild ponies run and play and relaxing and making memories as a family are just of the few benefits of visiting the Rachel B. Carson Reserve . These islands include Sand Dollar Island, Carrot Island, Bird Shoals and Horse Island.

This tour will last approximately 75 minutes and will provide passengers the best of both worlds, allowing you to take in the sights of Rachel Carson on and off the ferry. You’ll also have the chance to hear the true and historic accounts of Blackbeard while learning of the history of the Beaufort waterfront, its residents and homes including the Hammock House. This scenic cruises you to Fort Macon, Radio Island, Duke Marine Lab and historic downtown Beaufort.
