Design/build management for modification and retrofit of two coal fired fluidized bed boilers. Design, installation and integration of a new first –of-its-kind atmospheric fluidized bubbling bed combustor providing hot gas to dry grain and coupled to a waste heat recovery unit and air pollution control equipment. This was a unique installation using proprietary Itasca Power Company innovative concepts. Technical construction manager for a project providing a continuous supply of approximately 100,000 PPH steam to a new ethanol plant and onsite electrical generation. Construction of the facility to house the power plant. Installation and commissioning of a combustion turbine coupled to a waste heat recovery boiler. Development of infrastructure to bring natural gas and electricity into site to offer redundancy in site power. All support systems such as gas, oil, compressed air, cooling water, steam and controls were integrated with the new facility. -Rolls Royce - Alison Engine Plant, Indianapolis, Ind. On-site construction manager for the installation of three 5 MWe combustion turbines and waste heat recovery boiler. All support systems such as gas, oil, compressed air, cooling water, steam and controls were integrated with the operating facility.
