“This was a major project expense wise and we wanted to be sure the company hired to do the job was licensed, qualified, professional and pulled building permits with the city as a part of the company’s standard business practice. We contacted Mark and he was quick to respond to our call and schedule an appointment to provide an estimate. He was prompt, courteous and confirmed what we assumed needed to be done. He also provided options for us to consider on whether to retain some of the old garage floor or replace it entirely. His estimate matched his observations and was detailed, broken out by project segments and clearly written. We also liked the fact that Mark would be leading and working on the project himself along with a small crew. The project started and finished within the time frames promised, the area was kept as clean as possible throughout and passed the city’s inspection. Mark will return in the Spring to lay a cement pad by the garage door.

“I received a recommendation from my neighbor who had J & M do their garage apron and a couple years later their front sidewalk (and I looked them up on Angie’s List). Mark was prompt to respond with a quote and an estimated start date (concrete work is weather dependent). He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. He called a week before the estimated start date and verified the day before. They arrived on time and finished removing the old concrete/asphalt and set up the underlayment and forms the first morning. They poured and finished the sidewalk/apron and garage floor (which required different concrete) the next morning as promised. They were as quiet as possible, respectful of both my family and my neighbors and cleaned up everything. Mark explained when we could walk and drive on it. It looks wonderful and we have had compliments from visitors and neighbors.
