J-Sons Incorporated as a design-build contractor specializes in materials handling and storage facilities as well as specialized concrete slipformed structures. In addition, many of our elevator projects have been ‘turnkey’ designs. J-Sons Incorporated design process emphasizes communication with the customer to identify and understand critical needs. Each package is unique and with technical expertise and skills plus over 75 years of combined experience, we will plan and design your project based on the owner’s specifications, needs and expectations. The Engineering staff develops preliminary flow diagrams and/or conceptual drawings for each project which are used to communicate with the owner to verify that everyone is on the ‘same page’.
