Wes McMahon has over 12 years of experience in the field of learning and organizational development. In different positions he has applied innovative strategies to help people and businesses move forward and achieve goals. At JADE Learning he is leading efforts to communicate value with customers and develop new business. Wes is a skilled facilitator and trainer with a passion for creating engaging learning experiences. When not in the office Wes enjoys travel in the U.S. and abroad to visit friends and family.

John Hauck has 40 years of experience in the electrical trade. First licensed in 1976, he worked as an electrician in California for a number of years before becoming an instructor at Long Beach City College in 1989. He is currently a full-time instructor, teaching Electrical Technology to students there. He is also the author of Industrial/Commercial Building Electrical Design, Instructor's Guide: Illustrated Changes to the 2008 National Electrical Code, and Passing the California Electrical Contractor's Exam.
