John A. Henderson The Charles and Louise Travers Department of Political Science University of California, Berkeley I am a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley and a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow. I study American politics and methodology, with primary interests in voting behavior and elections, the statistics of causal inference, interest groups, and party politics. Before entering the Berkeley Ph.D. program in the Fall of 2006, I was a Junior Fellow at the Center for Democracy and Election Management at American University in Washington, D.C. and worked for the Carter-Baker Commission on Federal Election Reform . I hold a B.A. in Political Science from Emory University and a M.Phil. in Comparative Politics from Oxford University , where I studied as a Rhodes Scholar . Publications "Who Matches?
