Again, it was a pleasure doing business with your company. You are a step above. When you make an appointment you are here, or I have a phone call regarding a delay. Your company is very business-like and professional. The workmen you sent yesterday to install our retaining wall did a wonderful job, just like the previous work you had performed at our property. And when they left, everything was clean and neat and the only indication that all this reconstruction work had been done, was my now beautiful retaining all. Thank you for a job well done. L. Their expertise in the planning process helped us to tie in other parts of the house, including adding veneer over outdated brickwork on our wrap around porch, chimneys and replacing the front porch bricks with pavers. We loved their work so much we had them install a bluestone patio and pool deck which came with many challenges, all were handled professionally and creatively resulting in a better outcome than what was expected. What impressed us the most with JB Brickworks was their customer service and attention to detail….they build relationships. J. I know years ago it seemed like a lot of money for us, but like all things in life, you get what you pay for. We feel it is one of the soundest investments that we made in our house and one that will pay for itself in the continued value of our property. While appliances, kitchen cabinets, light fixtures, bathrooms, etcetera can also be expensive, they don’t stand the test of time that your work does. Thus, while those previously mentioned items wear out or get outdated, your work looks better with age. We appreciate the fact that you have come out as you said you would from time to time over the years to do some periodic maintenance as some settling has taken place. Some contractors would conveniently forget or disappear when it came time to stand behind their work. That has not been the case with J.B. Brickworks. If and when we sell our house, we will prominently mention our Cooper Staircase, and patio by J.B. Brickworks! Please feel free to use us as a reference as you feel the need. R.
