JCM was founded in 1978 by Jose A. Moyano and son Carlo Moyano. As immigrants from Argentina, their goal was to live the American dream – so they started their own business out of their garage. While doing business out of this garage, JCM obtained their first contract manufacturing parts for the Space Shuttle Columbia.
